Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the service or website (the "Service") operated by Veterinary Telecommunications, AKA Vet-Tel ("us," "we," or "our"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms and continue, you are breaking this agreement.
Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a monthly subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). After the client agrees to specific terms, any recurring fees are billed at the beginning of each monthly cycle based on the date of purchase, not the calendar month.
Access to pet medical records
If consulting is requested on a specific pet, you grant access to the pet's medical record during the consulting period.
Links To Other Websites
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Vet-Tel. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by reliance on any third-party service you could have accessed through any other method.
Changes
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
Online Comments and Reviews
You agree to contact us regarding any complaint or negative experience and give us the opportunity to correct the issue before posting any negative comments online. Vet-Tel retains the right to determine if a comment is positive or negative based on its potential to influence future users. If a negative comment is posted, then you agree to remove the comment pending mediation. The cost of said mediation is to be shared equally by both parties.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms that should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, data ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
